Starting with CP 8.3.9, Canadian Debit Cards are now supported.
This version of CounterPoint SQL allows you to process Canadian Debit Cards—as well and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express transactions through Moneris Solutions. They have been certified by Radiant as a supported processor.
Some finer points are:

Moneris Solutions does not currently support check processing, EBT food stamps, address verification or card identification services, or stored value cards.

Additionally, only Retail merchants can process transactions through Moneris Solutions. MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) and Ecommerce merchants are not currently supported.

To process Canadian debit and credit card transactions, you must obtain a specific type of Pin Pad from Moneris.

You must also purchase and register the CP SQL "Credit Cards" Option.

There are some additional system set-up requirements necessary in order to properly configure your system.
