Enter common dates quickly for the Standard CounterPoint SQL calendar using shortcuts. Shortcuts for dates in a Company (fiscal) calendar will be covered in a future blog.

These are the Standard calendar shortcuts.

When in a date field, enter:

     T or t for Today's date

     W for the first day of the current Week

     K for the last day of the current weeK
     M for the first day of the current Month
     H for the last day of the current montH
     Q or q for the first day of the Quarter
     U or u for the last day of the current qUarter
     Y for the first day of the current Year
     R for the last day of the current yeaR

+/- increments/decrements date by one day.
Shift + PgUp/PgDn  increments/decrements date by one month
Ctrl + PgUp/PgDn   increments/decrements date by one year.
