Did you know that you can create your own custom procedures lists in CounterPoint? Use it to track solutions to problems that occur, steps for functions you perform regularly, or company policies and procedures - the possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
Your custom procedures list can be created with CounterPoint SQL using Event Notes. No customizations are needed. Once you've cataloged an event or function and provided the solution or steps, the event/function can be included on your list.
Examples
Include steps you take to close the day, the month or the year.
Include steps for performing a physical count.
Include steps you should perform when you have an issue before calling support. i.e. checking connections, rebooting peripherals. Of course the steps will vary depending on the problem. By listing what you SHOULD do, you'll also know what you SHOULDN'T do.
