"Now that you have customers, what are you going to do with them?" Sell them the products they want and give them the service that only you can provide.
"Retailers will be running their inventory lean and targeted.... There will be a major emphasis on having the right product at the right price for the right customer."

"2010 will be all about getting back to basics in the most effective and efficient manner." And by doing that you will be able to service your customers and be ready to meet the demand when business takes off again.
