The malware program called Rogue:MSIL/Zeven can morph itself into any browser. This leaves users of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox open to attack. If users happen to ‘click’ on the malware warning link, it will connect to a fake antivirus software page. This software identified as “Win7 AV“ is another rogue site that draws unsuspecting computer users in by mimicking the classic Microsoft design and feel, right down to the fonts, text and pictures. It is so well copied that even trained professionals are tricked by its look.
