In viewing the CounterPoint information below, please note that since Radiant Systems, Inc. acquired CounterPoint from Synchronics Corporation in 2006 some demonstrations may still contain references to Synchronics.  Radiant has continued to develop the markets and technologies that Synchronics pioneered.  All products continue to enjoy wide acceptance from the Retail Community.
