A sporting goods store, accepts trade-ins and needed a quick and easy way to add the equipment to CounterPoint inventory with a picture of the item and descriptive text.  This was a very labor intensive task with a digital picture taken, uploaded to the computer, then the photo was found and matched up with an item and descriptive text entered in a handful of fields.

VOILA captures an image on the computer screen, adds dropdown list boxes along with reusable text snippets to speed data entry.  Press a button and VOILA, the sports gear is added to CounterPoint. It creates an item, inventory, and a quick receiving.  

If the trade-in item is not sold within an allotted time, the VOILA lists it on eBay.  The picture and description are already conveniently in CounterPoint and can be reused.
