CounterPoint Touchscreen 
The Touchscreen feature makes the CounterPoint family of products capable of handling a impressive, wide-range of types of Retail requirements. Touchscreen is part of the Basic Features included with CounterPoint, not an extra cost item. It is a strong complement to the POS, Back-office, and remote computing features of CounterPoint.

Touchscreen Feature
In a Windows environment, CounterPoint provides a simplified user interface for Ticket Entry that is based on large buttons and is suitable for Touchscreen, mouse, keyboard, and scanner input.

Touchscreen Ticket Entry is user-configurable, so you may control button placement, the number of button rows and columns, the button text, and even the graphic that appears on each button. You can set up one touchscreen layout to be shared by all registers, or create unique layouts for particular registers.
Touchscreen Ticket Entry also allows you to associate image, audio, or video files with each item and/or customer that may be optionally or automatically displayed each time the item is sold or returned or the customer is referenced.
User-oriented Configuration Tool
Touchscreen comes with a custom editor. Several screen layouts and linked pages of buttons can be created. Buttons can contain images of your products and product categories. Touchscreen is conveniently configured to your type of business. Additionally, different screens can be used at different times of the day (useful in cafes), for special sales, or weekend operations.
